**YOUR ROLE**:
- Leads decision making for access rights when evaluating project demands and for regional and global system changes and incidents
- Executes regular maintenance and administration tasks; Design, implement, strategize, and improve workflow process designs and forecasts
- Develops enhancements to current authentication solutions, drives continuous improvement and standardization, and handles change management (including advocating for enhancements, planning implementation, testing, and rollout)
- Establishes root cause analysis and risk management for services under Active Directory multi-domain scope
- Supports other IT and business colleagues in the usage of Directory Service processes
**YOUR SKILLS**:
- Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or other related courses
- With a minimum of three (3) years relevant work experience in Windows Systems Administration and Engineering using Windows Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Azure DevOps, Azure Active Directory Connect, and PowerShell Scripting
- Knowledge in Cloud Platforms (Azure, Alibaba, GCP), Cloud Identity, Federation, and Modern Authentication is required
- With in-depth understanding of Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS), Public Key Infrastructure (ADCS), Zero Trust Concept
- Must be skilled in customer service and stakeholder management, project management, collaboration, organization, and English communication

**Your role and responsibilities**
The primary responsibility of this role is to provide operational and production support for User Access Management (UAM) in Data Warehouse and Datamart projects. This includes:. Ensuring compliance with data governance policies. Onboarding and offboarding users in the respective data warehouses. Additionally, requires effectively managing sensitive data through routine Python/Java programming.
**Required technical and professional expertise**
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or a Diploma in a related field with relevant experience
2. Preferably with at least 4 years of experience in the IT industry, including:. a. Development, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems, preferably in Data Warehousing, ETL rules, data modeling, and BI applications. b. Operations support and business analysis experience. c. Strong MS-SQL and Oracle Database scripting. d. Experience in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and performing root cause analysis.
3. Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot problems with BI reports and ETL processes.
4. Experience with AWS, Data Lake, Databricks, and the healthcare domain is a plus
5. Able to work independently and as an effective team player with a
