Position Summary:

Position Summary:
The Manager of Cloud Solutions oversees a team of highly skilled engineers tasked with executing our professional service engagements. They focus on performance development, adherence to Pax8 values, and process improvements.
Essential Responsibilities and Percentage of Time Spent (includes, but is not limited to):
- Promotes and enforces Pax8 values. Performs regular performance reviews of the team designed to develop individual talents and career growth
- Collaborates with the PMO to ensure all projects are completed to the timeline and requirements outlined in the SOW
- Manages partner escalations
- Ensures team has access to training and development
- Undertakes special projects as needed
- Builds and maintains relationships with interdepartmental stakeholders
- Builds and maintains a high-performing team on a budget
- Collaborates with ProServe leadership to confirm accurate project scoping, project rates, and billable hours
- Oversee the day-to-day execution of Technical Engagement strategy as set by leadership through coaching and guiding Delivery and Advisory team leaders and members
- Serves as an escalation point/mentor for the Delivery and Advisory team leaders and members
Ideal Skills, Experience, and Competencies:
- At least two (2) years of experience managing people
- Experience working across the Microsoft platform
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange, SharePoint, and Microsoft networking

Duties And Responsibilities
