The Cloud Solutions Architect is responsible for designing and delivering tailor fit cloud solutions aligned to the current cloud service portfolio. The architect will work closely with clients across various industries to understand their business needs and translate them into scalable, secure, and resilient cloud architectures. This role will contribute to solution development across Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Disaster Recovery as a Service (DRaaS), Backup as a Service (BaaS), Artificial Intelligence (AI) platforms, and Kubernetes, while supporting client engagements and internal process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Design & Delivery
· Design cloud architectures tailored to client requirements using the company's private cloud infrastructure.
· Develop solutions leveraging IaaS, DRaaS, BaaS, AI platforms, and Kubernetes.
· Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, cost-effective, and aligned with industry best practices.
Client Engagement
· Participate in client discovery sessions, workshops, and technical demos to gather requirements and present solution proposals.
· Collaborate with clients to guide them through cloud adoption, migration, and optimization processes.
Implementation Support
· Work with cross-functional teams to implement cloud solutions, ensuring smooth integration and deployment.
· Provide technical oversight during project execution and assist in troubleshooting and performance tuning.
Documentation & Standards
· Create and maintain architecture diagrams, technical documentation, and deployment guides.
