- The role of the Clinical Supply Support Associate (CSSA) is to support and lead the project management for the provision of clinical supplies distributed by Global Clinical Supply (GCS) for clinical studies involving Pfizer-Sponsored Studies, investigational research, research collaboration and expanded access programs. JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Serve as a point of contact in providing broad consult on different aspects of clinical drug supply to clinical, medical and GPD customers.
- Review and assess GCS ability to support new and existing studies. Review study proposals and provide input on supply strategy, feasibility, and cost estimates.
- Responsible for liaising with other teams such as Global Product Development (GPD), medical affairs and clinical colleagues when coordinating operational activities within GCS and our partners.
- Translate early and late development product strategies into effective Supply Chain (SC) strategies (operating plans, scope, time, cost, risk, and communication plans) for the duration of each clinical trial or grant/compassionate study which balance the need of patients and SC.
- Project manage from study start through to study close out. Ensure all systems and tools in project managing assigned studies are up to date and monitored.
- Enter study specific jobs into a scheduling system and project manage each job from initial entry to final release of the job. Ensure supply are delivered timely to meet study timeline and patient needs
- Partner with the Supply Chain Lead (SCL) to communicate program level investigational material and support activities to ensure supply provision and continuity for assigned study.
- Act as a member of the Clinical Supply Team (CST) with a network of partners (internal and external) to ensure GCS meets customer expectations and prioritizes patient safety and supply requirements .
- Support CSSM office by reviewing, assessing, and developing reports (including data visualization and other tools) and metrics related to resourcing, project timelines, protocol deliverables and evaluate improvements and compliance.
- Work with CSSM Office Lead in developing metrics and timely submission of reports driving operational compliance, supporting workforce planning and change management.
- Ensure systems are being updated on a regular basis by CSSM colleagues to ensure data is contemporaneous.
- Support regular communication of CSSM Office initiatives throughout the organization to foster awareness and engagement.

ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a Clinical Operations Support Coordinator to be part of our team.
- This role is responsible will be responsible for the coordination of the administrative procedures needed to facilitate daily clinical operations of the Company Specialty Clinic Service Line. This position coordinates operations of the eCare Service Line as outlined below.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Participate in the development of operational and clinical workflow. Assist and educate hub staff on new implementations.
- Work in conjunction with Clinical Informaticist and Quality Partner to manage paperwork and activities necessary to establish remote access with external EHRs and assist with activation/deactivation of accounts, software upgrades, staff training, etc.
- Manage all equipment and connectivity testing, troubleshoot, and issue resolution. This includes filing IT tickets, following up on issues, education of other employees, working with individual site personnel, communicating with IT personnel, etc.
- Assist with implementation tasks and go-live events.
- Assist with data analysis to determine quality improvement opportunities related to the key performance indicators of the service line.
- Assist with month-end data compilation and processing.
- Coordinate with management of physician scheduling and communication.
- Assist in development and maintenance of policy and procedure to ensure compliant and efficient workflow.
- Coordinate and track scheduling of patient visits and on-demand assessment to facilitate efficient workflow.
- Receive data and input information into various computer systems, databases, and spreadsheets as directed. Performs duties in an efficient, accurate and timely manner.
- Manage incoming phones calls from patients, clinical sites, or providers; demonstrating professionalism and excellent customer service.
- Complete video equipment checks per unit specific guidelines and troubleshoots as necessary.
- Performs generalized secretarial duties in an accurate and timely manner to include, but not limited to: transpose handwritten or verbal communication to a typed format, edits all typing for typos and correct as necessary, makes copies of products as requested, collate, assemble, and distribute information as directed.
- Performs tasks, as directed by supervisor/director, to assist in efficient operation of the Service Line to include, but not limited to: supply ordering and equipment maintenance.
- Assist with internal and external customer service activities, including planning and coordinating events, facilitating communication with service line.

- At least 1 year of BPO experience in a healthcare-related account is required.

- Familiarity with US healthcare systems and tools (e.g., GVT, Trizetto) is an advantage.
- Knowledge of CPT, ICD, DX, and HCPCS billing codes is highly preferred.
- Experience in radiology accounts, digital imaging centers, or claims processing is a plus.
- HIPAA training or certification is required.
- Strong communication and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
