A Patient Care Coordinator functions is to record the details of a patient's background, exams, clinical history, complaints, scheduling patient appointments, patient’s follow ups, findings and diagnosis, procedures performed, medical orders given (including prescriptions and tests) and essentially a personal assistant to the physician.

- With training and experience as patient care coordinator
- With Administrative Function or Executive Secretary experience is a plus
- Hospital experience and knowledge in medical terminologies is a plus
