Main Purpose of the Job
To proactively acquire new B2B clients to generate and maximize new revenues, with the support of Marketing but as a single contributor.
Duties and Responsibilities
Build and improve relationships with customers, key suppliers and partners.
Review company practices to ensure clients get maximum satisfaction from their purchases.
Notify the sales team of new sales and cross-selling opportunities.
Educate and inform clients about the company's products, services and special offers.
Attend to client complaints and resolve issues promptly.
Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and recommend ways of improving client satisfaction.
Work with internal departments to ensure the company meets clients' expectations.
Use available digital tools and department procedures to work at speed and cost.
Create and enforce plans that will help meet the needs of customers.
Work quickly to address and resolve customer issues.
Become familiar with the competition to stay ahead of them.
Encourage high-sales and good customer service practices.
Help promote and maintain a positive company image.
Meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets as communicated regularly by Supervisor or Senior Management.
Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Desired Qualifications
Work Experience: One (1) year work experience in sales or any related position (for junior role). Three to five (3 to 5) year work experience in sales or any related position (for senior role).
Level of Knowledge: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or another related field.
