Responsibilities:
Maintain and update records using Google Sheets and Excel br>Create, edit, and format reports, proposals, and internal documents using Google Docs, Google Presentations, and MS PowerPoint
Assist with scheduling, meeting coordination, and calendar management
Prepare presentation decks and data visualizations for internal and client meetings
Provide administrative support across teams, ensuring timely task completion
Ensure proper document filing and organization (digital and physical)
Communicate effectively with internal staff and external partners
Assist with process improvement by automating or optimizing recurring tasks
Qualifications:
Proven experience in an administrative or support role
Strong proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Docs) and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Experience with collaborative tools (e.g., Google Drive, Slack, or similar) is a plus

This is a support-focused role designed to assist with documentation, scheduling, records management, and basic client communication under routine supervision. The position is ideal for individuals beginning their career in the international education sector, with a focus on building knowledge of the Australian Vocational Education and Training (VET) and Higher Education systems, compliance requirements, and internal processes. Note: This role does not involve independent case management or providing formal client advice but forms a critical foundation for progression to higher classification levels.Key Responsibilities include:Administrative Support • Assist with preparing and collating documentation for education applications under supervision. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the management system. • Schedule client meetings, appointments, and follow-ups as directed by senior staff. • Assist with drafting basic correspondence such as email templates or follow-up messages. • Support the filing, scanning, and organisation of client documents and case files. Client Interaction (Under Supervision) • Respond to routine client enquiries with general information, referring complex questions to senior team members. • Provide clients with standard information packs or promotional materials upon request. • Ensure timely follow-up of pending tasks as instructed by Case Managers or Advisors.Learning and Development • Participate in ongoing training related to the Australian VET and Higher Education sectors. • Develop an understanding of course levels (e.g., Certificates, Diplomas, Bachelor Degrees) and entry requirements. • Shadow senior staff to observe application processes, compliance requirements, and client consultations.RequirementsAbout You To be successful in this role you will be highly professional and motivated to help clients achieve their migration goals, a strong communicator and you will have:Minimum 6 months experience in administration, customer service, or education support.Exposure to international education, enrolment processes, or student support services (desirable)Multilingual abilities for communicating with international clients (desirable)Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
