The successful candidate must be proficient in using
Pronamics Expert Estimation
and

- To submit approximately 20 tenders per month, with project values ranging between $500,000 and $M.
Key Responsibilities:
Tendering & Bid Preparation
Review and analyze tender documentation, drawings, and specifications
- Identify project scope, risks, and opportunities in contract documents
- Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for civil works (earthworks, drainage, utilities, structures, roads, kerbing)
Submit tenders in line with client requirements and deadlines
Quantity Take-Offs & Cost Analysis
Perform detailed quantity take-offs using digital take-off software (Pronamics Estimation expert & AgTek)
- Develop and maintain unit rates for labor, plant, and materials
- Benchmark costs using historical data, subcontractor quotes, and market pricing
Assess indirect costs including preliminaries, overheads, and risk allowances
Collaboration & Reporting
Engage with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain accurate and competitive quotes
- Provide clear, itemized Bills of Quantities
- Prepare clarification lists to address discrepancies and mitigate risks
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, and directors to ensure alignment of estimates with project delivery
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Civil Estimator in the construction industry (minimum 5+ years preferred)
- Strong proficiency with

AgTek software is required - Solid understanding of civil construction methods, including earthworks, drainage, and roadworks
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills
