Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Civil/Technical Engineer located in Metro Manila. The Technical Engineer plays a vital role in providing engineering support for the company's range of fixing and fastening system. This position bridges technical expertise with customer-facing responsibilities, ensuring that products are correctly specified, installed, and optimized for performance in various construction and industrial applications.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering (preferably Civil Engineering), or other technical-related courses (EE, ME, Ar.)
• Minimum of one (1) year experience as site Engineer
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• With sound understanding of construction market.
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction-related software

• Must be at least a Licensed Civil Engineer
• with a minimum of five (5) years of construction related experience preferably as a Project Engineer/Manager.

Job Summary:

Civil Engineer – Procurement is responsible for overseeing and managing the purchasing of construction materials, equipment, and services required for projects. This role ensures that all procurement activities meet project specifications, quality standards, budget requirements, and timelines. The Civil Engineer also coordinates with suppliers, contractors, and project teams to ensure smooth operations on site, while continuously sourcing the best and most efficient suppliers to optimize cost and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review project plans, specifications, and requirements to identify material and equipment needs.

• Source, evaluate, and select the best and most efficient suppliers/vendors based on quality, cost, and reliability.

• Prepare purchase order , evaluate bids, and negotiate terms with suppliers.

• Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials, equipment, and services to avoid project delays.

We are looking for a skilled Civil Engineer to support the design and engineering requirements of a solar power project. This role will focus on preparing, reviewing, and optimizing civil and structural designs using 3D modeling tools. The engineer will work closely with the project team to deliver accurate plans and ensure compliance with industry standards.

What you'll be doing:

• Develop and review civil and structural design for solar farm components.
• Create 3D models and detailed design documentation using software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and related BIM tools.
