  • Evaluate hardware and software upgrades to improve operations, consistency, and budgetary success.
  • Oversee the development and advancement of the communications network.
  • Design wide-area connectivity network infrastructure, focusing on remote access needs.
  • Customize technological systems and platforms to enhance customer experience.

Collaboration and Vendor Management

  • Collaborate across the organization and with external partners to reduce duplication of services, improve efficiencies, and enhance service quality.
  • Ensure proper negotiation of contracts with vendors and service providers for technology installations and employee training.

IT Systems Analysis and Optimization

  • Analyze current technology used for design, development, and administration to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
  • Review computerized and manual systems, and information processing equipment for acquisition, storage, and retrieval.
  • Evaluate cost-benefit analyses for IT workflow changes.

Security and compliance

  • Monitor and validate the organization's compliance with security policies, including RA 10173 Data Privacy Act of 2012.
  • Ensure the organization's readiness for digital transformation and lead the process, considering all elements of migration to a more stable future.

Leadership and Change Management

  • Provide overall management of IT activities, including leadership in day-to-day IT operations.
  • Manage costs while leveraging resources for future investment and success.
  • Prepare teams for change and lead migrations to modern environments, whether through software upgrades, cloud transitions, or infrastructure shifts.
  • Educate the organization on the benefits of using technology to enhance competitiveness.
