Job Summary: Pharmacy Technician(s) Perform Technical Function(s) Relating to Prescription(s) Including Gathering Patients' Information, Product Preparation, Product Distribution, and Inventory Control. • Communication: Act as a Liaison Between Member(s), Medical and Healthcare Provider(s), and Pharmacies for Medicare Grievance Resolution - Provide Clear and Empathetic Communication with Patient(s) throughout the Grievance Transaction(s)

Minimum Hiring Qualifications:
