This role is responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and on-time transportation of vehicles and clients. As a Chauffeur, you must adhere to traffic laws, maintain a clean driving record, and provide excellent customer service throughout each client interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service

• Ensure timely arrival at pick-up and drop-off locations.
• Verify that the vehicle is in excellent condition prior to delivery to the client.
• Ensure the vehicle is fully fueled and washed before each delivery.
• Coordinate with clients upon approaching the designated delivery or return location.

Creative Problem-Solving and Initiative

• Conduct pre- and post-rental inspections for scratches, damage, or irregularities.
• Report any damage or issues immediately to management.
• Return vehicles washed and in good condition before garage parking.
• Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues as they arise during assignments.

Task Coordination

• Ensure RFID cards are properly secured inside the unit before and after each rental.
• Prepare and check all required documents before vehicle dispatch.
• Safely manage and store vehicle keys at all times.

Qualifications:

Technical Requirements

• Valid and verified Philippine driver's license (professional preferred).
• Proficient in driving automatic transmission; manual transmission skills are a plus.
• 2–3 years of relevant driving experience.
• Basic mechanical skills are a plus but not required.

Soft Skills
