Job Description

Be responsible for the operation of stores within the designated area to ensure their normal operation.
br>1. Track and grasp the product sales and business data of the stores, and assist in the monthly sales targets of the stores.

2. Conduct daily store inspections, guide store staff, products, equipment, hygiene, safe operation, and handle and resolve emergencies and other related work;

3. Collect and feedback industry information and the business conditions of competing stores, etc.

4. Communicate ideas and provide work guidance to the store manager and staff, follow up continuously, improve overall ability and quality, and maintain good service and operation of the store.

5. Regularly report the operation status of the store to the company.

Job Requirements
