This role focuses on generating and converting leads, meeting sales targets, managing client relationships, and driving overall sales of our corporate and social F&B catering business.
Responsibilities:
- Meet sales targets through practical marketing and lead-generation activities
- Respond to and convert all inquiries via phone, email, and social media.
- Utilize marketing channels like telemarketing and email marketing to generate leads
- Prepare and analyze sales reports
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Overseeing client satisfaction during our catering events
Requirements:
- Experience in sales, especially hotel, F&B or catering sales
