**What you'll do as a Amazon Reselling Operations Analyst**:
Managing Purchase Orders:

- Receive final purchase order confirmation from the buyer that lists:

- SKU Description
- Manufacturer item code
- UPC code
- Physical product photo
- Expected Good Ready Date
- Qty of each SKU purchased
- Enter all PO information required in the Airtable logistics board.
- Once goods are available for pick up, the supplier must provide a packing slip (list of physical product they expect to ship)
- Confirm information on packing slip matches the information contained on the final purchase order.
- If there is a discrepancy and full payment has been made for the goods prior to picking up the alert the buyer to ensure we receive a refund for any goods we have been shorted.
- Work with the logistics department to arrange a pick up from the supplier. Supplier to provide all necessary information needed to schedule pick up.
- Once goods arrive at our 3PL partner they must provide a physical receiving report and you must reconcile the packing list against this receiving report.
- If there are any discrepancies and summary must be sent to the buyer who must work with the supplier and accounting to get a refund.

Creating FBA Shipments:

- Match information on the packing slip with the lowest ranked BSR ASIN for that product on Amazon. Must confirm 100% that each SKU is linked to the Amazon ASIN that matches the physical product.
- Create Amazon FBA shipments per the instructions of the buyer and provide all information needed to our 3PL partners to process the shipments.
- Reconcile Amazon FBA inbound shipments against final received quantities at Amazon and flag discrepancies for the reimbursement department so they can raise cases.
- Audit the inbound in-transit warehouses weekly in NetSuite and / or seller cloud to ensure the inventory amounts are accurate. If there are any errors in the automated reconciliation of these warehouses this must be flagged to the warehousing / inventory control team to fix.

Sales Operations:

- Enter the minimum and maximum prices per the buyer's instructions in our repricing software Seller Snap.

Reverse Logistics:

- Ensure inventory that is going to be charged Long term storage fees is removed from Amazon.
- Ensure inventory that has been flagged as unsellable is also removed from Amazon.
- Provide our 3PL partners with a list of physical products removed from Amazon by the Unique removal order ID number.
- 3PL partners must provide a reconciliation of inventory received against the list of items contained for each unique removal order ID number as well as the condition of each item.
- Raise discrepancies with the reimbursement department to open cases for missing items
- Once physical product has been received into our 3PL warehouse transfer quantity from our outbound in-transit warehouses in SellerCloud / Netsuite to the appropropriate 3PL warehouse.
- Based on the condition grade provide by the 3PL alert accounting to take the appropriate inventory write down:

- 1 = Brand new condition. No write down.
- 2 = Good quality can be sold as used. 50% write down.
- 3 = Mediocre quality can be sold as used. 75% write down.
- 4 = Damaged cannot be resold and must be disposed of. 100% write down.
- For Brand new condition inventory immediately schedule an FBA shipment in amazon to begin selling the product
- For used condition inventory, schedule an FBA shipment to amazon to begin selling the product but must be listed as Used if we are allowed to sell it. If cannot sell that item as used keep in storage at the 3PL for later sale on eBay / another marketplace or to liquidation companies. Used items should be stored in a virtual 'used warehouse'.

Amazon Listing Creation, maintenance and defense:

- Oftentimes listings get 'broken' on amazon whereby variations get spun off from the main listing. This is a problem because it reduces the SEO of the item and thus less people will see it. You will need to open cases with Amazon to get these orphan listings re-attached to the main parent listing.
- Sometime we will need to create a listing from scratch on Amazon. You will do this by finding the correct images for the product on google and following the instructions of the buyer.

Job Description

The Business Unit Head Mall Operations is a senior executive role tasked with leading the full operations and strategic direction of multiple business verticals within a large-format retail and lifestyle complex. The role oversees various customer-centric and revenue-generating functions such as entertainment, tech retail, transportation services, customer care, and strategic partnerships. The position requires strong cross-functional leadership and the ability to deliver operational excellence, business growth, and an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree is highly preferred.
  • At least 15 years of progressive experience in large-scale mall operations , with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven ability to manage diverse functions such as entertainment, retail services, venue operations, and customer care within a high-footfall property.
  • Strong track record in business strategy, P&L management, and driving operational efficiency.
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and team-building capabilities.
  • High level of adaptability, strategic thinking, and results orientation.
  • Experience in partnership development and customer engagement strategies is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and decision-making skills.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the integrated operations of various mall-based business functions (eg. Cinema, Entertainment, Tech Retail Operations, Mall Venue Management, Transpiration Services, Licensing & Strategic Partnerships, etc.)
  • Develop and execute operational strategies to achieve business targets, enhance customer satisfaction, and optimize resource use.
  • Ensure consistent implementation of service standards, operating procedures, and performance metrics across all units.
  • Drive innovation and improvements in customer experience, digital integration, and space utilization.
  • Work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to align business unit goals with the overall mall strategy.
  • Monitor market trends, foot traffic, and customer feedback to inform data-driven decisions and business enhancements.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key partners, vendors, and tenants to support commercial objectives.
  • Manage and mentor business unit teams, fostering a culture of accountability, service excellence, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, safety regulations, and operational guidelines.
  • Provide regular performance updates and strategic insights to executive leadership.
