The Employee Data & Intelligence Analyst will be responsible for developing reporting from data acquisition through report development and delivery.
The position ensure that reports generated meet the department's standard for accuracy, timeliness and consistency.
The position will also be responsible for presenting performance data and works collaboratively with the Leadership/Executive team to understand goals and objectives related to the user experience needs as well as opportunities for process improvement and efficiencies.
