JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Minimum Education: Graduate of a Bachelor's degree in in science or engineering courses related to data analytics, such as Chemical Engineering, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Data Science, or other analogous fields; Latin honors preferred.
Work Experience: None required; Internship or project experience in BI/reporting or SQL-based data handling is an advantage.

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst / Data Analyst to join our team. This role focuses on delivering front-end reporting solutions for clients while also supporting internal reporting needs. The ideal candidate will have experience with Domo and/or Exago, strong technical skills in data connectivity, and excellent communication skills to conduct client-facing training sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and deliver front-end reports for clients using Domo and Exago.
- Support internal reporting needs, primarily using Domo and Salesforce (SF).
- Assist with scoping custom/advanced reports and related training requirements.
- Conduct and lead advanced reporting training sessions for clients.
- Collaborate with back-end data engineers to integrate and connect data sources (via read-replica, API, Python, SQL, etc.).
- Ensure all reports are accurate, insightful, and aligned with business/client requirements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience with Domo and/or Exago (experience in both is highly desirable but not mandatory).
- Strong understanding of data integration and connectivity (read-replica, API, SQL, Python).
- Experience with Salesforce reporting is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently run client training sessions.

Job Overview

- Support decision-making by translating business requirements into BI products
- Develop and maintain data models, automation, reports, and dashboards using BI tools.
- Collect, process, and analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and insights.

- Apply statistical techniques and models to address broad business questions and test hypotheses

- Experience performing business statistics (e.g., descriptive statistics and statistical inference)
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills for both business and technical stakeholders
- A curious mindset with an inquisitive approach to problem-solving
