What we're looking for

1. 1-2 years of experience as a building maintenance technician or in a similar role

4. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
5. Excellent communication and customer service skills

A Building Maintenance Technician maintains and repairs a facility's structure, grounds, and equipment, including tasks like carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, and grounds upkeep. Experience:
