Hiring Manager: US Based Client- Construction Industry
Location: Remote
Employment Type: Full-Time | Permanent Night Shift | 40 hours/week – 9 PM to 5 AM (PH Time)

Qualifications
Required: 2–3+ years Experience in Construction or Inspection Coordination
Strong knowledge in Debt Collection Experience
Familiarity with U.S. construction inspection requirements, including local, state, and federal standards.
Experience using inspection scheduling or project management software is a plus
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Basic understanding of the construction industry and regulations regarding inspections and safety standards.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle unexpected issues and delays in the inspection process.
Key Responsibilities
-Schedule and organize mandatory yearly and monthly inspections for construction projects, ensuring compliance with U.S. local, state, and federal construction regulations
-Act as the main point of contact for customers regarding inspection dates, results, and required follow-ups. Handle inquiries and provide excellent customer service through phone calls and emails.
Ensure that inspections are completed on time, troubleshooting any delays, and ensuring timely submission of inspection report
-Track specific requirements for each inspection, making sure that all criteria are met according to the project needs and compliance standards.
-Oversee collection processes for any outstanding fees associated with inspections or other project-related costs. Maintain accurate records of payments, and follow up with clients regarding overdue accounts.
-Maintain detailed records for each inspection, including dates, results, customer communications, and payments. Ensure all documentation is organized and up to date for compliance purposes.
-Ensure that all inspections align with U.S. regulations and industry standards, and that any follow-up actions or corrective measures are addressed.
-Handle any issues that arise during the inspection process, such as scheduling conflicts, missed inspections, or customer complaints. Resolve issues efficiently and professionally.

In this role, you'll play a crucial part in assessing both internal and partner installations, reviewing design quality, and identifying technical issues before they reach the customer. You'll leverage your knowledge of solar systems, building codes, and industry standards to ensure that every project is built to specification.

What you will do as a Solar Construction Inspection Technician
- Assess internal and partner design and installation quality through regular photo reviews.
- Support the field service group through proactive identification of technical issues
- Leverage knowledge of solar design, installation techniques, NEC and building codes to determine if the installation was built to standard
- Gather data to support constructive feedback to design and installation teams
- Identify and manage actions needed to bring an installation up to standard and initiate all field quality assurance corrections through field service dispatches
- Act as an internal PV expert for cross department projects and support
- Contribute to technical documentation including technical bulletins, webinar content, training presentations, and product reviews
- Meet performance goals and metrics minimums set forth by management
- Adhere to established schedule as designated by leadership
- Maintain professionalism and responsiveness in workplace and online communications
- Make meaningful contributions in all weekly meetings maintaining engagement through questions and responses

- College level of any course
- Solar knowledge, engineering or design and troubleshooting a plus.
- Technical Support Representative a plus.
- Must have strong written and spoken English.
