Role Review
We are looking for an energetic Pre-Sales / Revenue Growth Executive who can engage prospects in the USA and Australian markets, qualify opportunities, and set appointments for our sales team. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of B2B sales, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
. Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to qualify leads in the USA and Australian markets.
· Schedule meetings and appointments for the senior sales team.
· Follow up on inbound leads and nurture them through the sales cycle.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to execute lead generation campaigns.
· Maintain accurate and updated CRM records (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar).
· Provide pre-sales support for enterprise solutions and outsourcing services.
Requirements
· Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, pre-sales, or appointment setting.
· Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken) to engage with USA and
Australian clients.
· Strong experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
· Proven ability to conduct cold outreach and convert leads into qualified opportunities.
· Familiarity with outsourcing, IT services, or BPO industry is highly desirable.
· Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
