We are seeking a highly skilled BIM / Designer with strong expertise in managing piping specifications and integrating them into design platforms such as PDMS, SmartPlant 3D (S3D), SPI, and related engineering tools. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing, updating, and maintaining piping specifications, as well as managing software inputs to ensure accuracy and compliance with project standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, write, update, and maintain piping specifications.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Architectural and Design Management

• Reviews all BIM design related procedures, construction documents to gain an overall picture of DMCI's design scope of work;
• Maintains modeler; and manages each Coordinators and BIM
• Reviews and supervises the production of BIM model, extraction of CADD file from Revit to shop drawings and recording of As- drawings;
• Recommends alternative strategy BIM execution plan and systematic approach to address managing design issues as required by projects (raise RFI cases; for Designer's approval);
