Main Purpose of the Job

The Billing Manager leads the billing operations team to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant subscription billing. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Oversee monthly subscription billing cycles for all client accounts.

Role Overview

You will build scalable billing systems, partner with customer care and HR teams, and provide financial insights to leadership.



Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end billing cycle: client invoicing, payment posting, payment plans, refunds, and collections.
  • Manage insurance and fertility benefit billing (Carrot, Maven, Cleo, HSA/FSA reimbursements).
  • Oversee workers' compensation, payroll deductions, and doula pay reconciliations in partnership with HR.
  • Supervise and train billing specialists/admins; assign daily tasks and review performance.
  • Monitor aging reports, outstanding balances, and revenue flow, escalating issues as needed.
