Data Entry Associate
to support data collection and entry from various documents into internal systems.
This is an
onsite role based in BGC, Taguig
, working US Eastern Time: Monday–Friday,
8:30pm to 5:30am PHT.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Enter alphabetic and numeric data into system databases.
- Review documents for errors or missing info and resolve/escalate as needed.
- Verify case data using online tools to ensure accuracy.
- Check and correct entries against source documents.
- Follow data security protocols, perform backups, and comply with HIPAA.
- Handle clerical tasks such as filing, sorting, emailing, and proofreading.
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in high-volume data entry and outbound calls, supporting U.S. clients.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; minimum typing speed of 40 WPM.
- Knowledge of HIPAA and data confidentiality standards.
- Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions.
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
