As the company grows, they are hiring a
Data Entry Associate
to support data collection and entry from various documents into internal systems.

This is an
onsite role based in BGC, Taguig
, working US Eastern Time: Monday–Friday,
8:30pm to 5:30am PHT.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Enter alphabetic and numeric data into system databases.
  • Review documents for errors or missing info and resolve/escalate as needed.
  • Verify case data using online tools to ensure accuracy.
  • Check and correct entries against source documents.
  • Follow data security protocols, perform backups, and comply with HIPAA.
  • Handle clerical tasks such as filing, sorting, emailing, and proofreading.

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in high-volume data entry and outbound calls, supporting U.S. clients.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; minimum typing speed of 40 WPM.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA and data confidentiality standards.
  • Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions.
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
