Digital Finance-FRSA SSC as a department works with various business key stakeholders, mainly in the Global Finance organization in Vestas, to analyze, scope, develop, and implement solutions, mainly on reporting, dashboarding, and process improvement initiatives produced by insights on data analytics as well as consolidation and EPM tools on the SAP Suite, namely SAP BI (including SAC) and SAP BPC.
The department also supports and provides proficiency in optimization of existing and new solutions delivered, including re-configuration of front-end solutions as well as documentation (where relevant). The department also partners with both technical and non-technical stakeholders in identifying ways to continuously improve existing business processes and solutions in the SAP BI and BPC landscape, also in support of emerging and new SAP data analytics and other tech tools. As of 2025, the department has been made part of Digital Finance, transforming into the Financial Planning & Analytics product and working in an Agile/Scrum manner, while still retaining most of the same mandate and responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Analyze, develop, configure, implement, support, and improve SAP BI Reporting and Analytics Platform related tools, mainly focusing on AFO, SAC, Data Analyzer, SAP BI, etc.
- Implement process improvement initiatives utilizing reporting and data analytics for cross-organization benefits, focusing on key principles of self-service, standardization, optimization, and automation

Qualifications
- Advanced to Proficient technical knowledge and skills in SAP BI and related tools (e.g., Analysis for Office)
- Basic to advanced technical knowledge in core SAP BI and HANA functions (e.g., HANA Studio Query Builder, HANA Views, Calc Views, Process Chains, SAP BI Data Modelling, etc.)
- Advanced to Proficient technical knowledge and skills in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and related tools (e.g., Stories, Data Analyzer, Connections, Modeler, etc.)
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including Pivots, Formulas, VBA, and Macros, etc.
- Above Basic to Advanced understanding and working knowledge of SAP ECC (SAP ERP Systems)
- Exposure to or basic working knowledge of SAP BPC and Consolidation Tools, such as EPM and web-based tools
- Above Basic to Advanced understanding of Finance functional concepts and business processes (FI, SD, COPA, MM, LO, PS, and related modules)
- Exposure to or basic working knowledge of the Budget and Forecasting process for a Global organization, preferably done within SAP systems (e.g., SAP BI Integrated Planning)

- Advanced technical working knowledge of SAP BI IP and Planning Tools
