JOB SUMMARY:
The HR Rewards Analyst will help in the design and delivery of a comprehensive manpower planning worksheet/tool to support the Company's 2026 manpower budgeting and forecasting needs. This project will focus on developing a structured worksheet/tool that integrates business assumptions, model design, and data inputs to enable accurate manpower budget proposals aligned with the Company's strategic plans.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Collaborate with key stakeholders and manpower budget Single Points of Contact (SPOCs) to define business requirements, assumptions, and key metrics for the manpower planning worksheet/tool;
- Worksheet/Tool Design and Development: Design and build a scalable and configurable worksheet/tool to be used for the 2026 manpower budgeting;
- Formula Configuration: Develop and embed formulas within the worksheet/tool to automate manpower budget calculations based on Company-specific rules and assumptions;
- Validation and Testing: Conduct thorough testing of the worksheet/tool with sample data to ensure accuracy, usability, and alignment with business needs;
- Manpower Budget Distribution: Generate and distribute the computed 2026 manpower budget for each group based on the configured formulas and assumptions within the worksheet/tool;
- Manpower Budget and Cost Analysis: Conduct a comprehensive analysis of manpower budgets and costs using techniques such as variance analysis, time series analysis, vertical and horizontal analysis, and forecasting to identify trends and inform decision-making for the 2026 budget cycle;
- Training and Handover: Assist in the preparation of presentation materials and in the conduct of a training session for manpower budget SPOCs and relevant stakeholders;
- Retirement Plan Issue Resolution Support: Collaborate with key stakeholders during the project period to resolve Retirement Plan Defined Benefits Plan administration issues that directly impact manpower costs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or Industrial Engineering (preferred)
- With relevant professional certification (preferred)
- With skills and knowledge in job evaluation, salary structure design, and salary survey
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Hybrid work set-up
