Your main responsibility is to assist our clients with meeting their skincare needs by recommending the aesthetic services the clinic offers. In addition, you will advertise, promote, and source customers who will come to the clinic to avail our services. The beauty sales consultant will recommend and SELL services and products, explain the benefits of each service, demonstrate how to use the products, and convince the customer to come back.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consulting with clients to determine their skin type, skincare concerns, etc.
- Recommending products or services that fit the client's needs, preferences, and budget, and explaining how the products or services work.
- Responding to customer questions and complaints
- Making sales, processing returns, and maintaining a balanced cash register
- Planning and taking part in branch clinic events
- Handling administrative and clerical duties, such as ordering stock and maintaining customer relationships through follow-up calls and emails.
- Handling sales and meeting quotas and objectives
Other tasks that may be assigned
Educational Qualifications: College-level or a College Graduate with any 2 or 4-year course
- Proficient in basic computer software/skills.
- Previous experience in a beauty consultant role, preferably in an aesthetic clinic setting.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Must be a team player and must be capable of building a good working relationship with co-workers and clients.
