Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Strategy Support:

  • Assist in developing and implementing comprehensive brand strategies aligned with business objectives

  • Contribute to data-driven approaches to effectively meet consumer expectations
  • Support go-to-market plans, including campaign planning, pricing strategies, product assortments, and content scheduling

  • Go-To-Market Plan Development:

  • Collaborate on the overall brand plan for both online and offline channels, including setting frameworks, strategies, and staging calendars for campaigns

  • Assist in pricing, assortment selection, hero SKU focus, GWPs, campaign stories, bundling, feed content planning, cross-selling, and off-platform media (including media budget)
  • Help develop clear traffic strategies, execute, and optimize off-platform traffic for each platform

  • Market Analysis and Consumer Insights:

  • Monitor market dynamics, consumer behaviors, and competitor activities

  • Conduct regular assessments of e-stores and retail environments to stay updated on industry trends

  • Content and Communication:

  • Performance Tracking and Reporting:

Qualifications:

  • Work closely with the marketing team to achieve overall department and business objectives.
  • Collaborate regularly with internal and external stakeholders, as well as external agencies and suppliers to plan, implement and deliver the digital marketing strategy and support the overall marketing function.

  • Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, SEO and other digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS and web development and application tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated ability in social media strategy, content planning and channel management.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
  • Experience with CRM systems, marketing automation and media monitoring tools.
  • Experience with graphic design and video editing tools is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and organisational skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with teams across multiple locations.
