  • Prepare and execute bank instructions for funding and settlement, ensuring fund availability and adherence to cut-offs.
  • Oversee client collections, serving as a second-level verifier for postings.
  • Reconcile forex applications and Excel data with bank statements to ensure balance accuracy.
  • Maintain complete and organized reconciliation records and documentation for audit and compliance.
  • Supervise operational processes and ensure proper data input across systems.
  • Handle multiple accounts (10–15) and perform other operational or supervisory tasks as required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in banking operations, reconciliation, or financial services.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of telegraphic transfers, manager's checks, and core banking operations.
  • Strong background in managing high-volume, detail-oriented operational work.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with reconciliation systems or ERP platforms is an advantage.
  • Exposure to forex trading, settlement, or funding operations preferred.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Effective team leadership and communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php100,000.00 per month
