POSITION SUMMARY:
Act as the content arm of a digital agency, whose objective is to offer expertise in online content development, search engine optimization, and conversions. Help the business in using data to improve the digital presence of the company.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Content Management
Creation, editing, and publishing of content to ensure that it aligns with the Vertiv brand guidelines and the company's business objectives.
- Working closely with business stakeholders to ensure that content on these sites is accurate, relevant, up-to-date, and adheres to the established digital marketing & brand guidelines as well as the company's business objectives
- Website Management / Development - Be knowledgeable in key authoring platforms that power
- User Experience - Work with the UX team to optimize the website's user experience.
- SEO/Analytics - Work with the SEO and VOC teams to implement SEO strategies to reach targets.
QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science Business, Marketing, Journalism, Mass Communications, or related course
Job-Related Experience:
Familiarity with multiple aspects of digital marketing, including content management and search
- Ability to communicate, collaborate, and work effectively in a multi-cultural organization and across different management levels
- Knowledge in HTML is required
- Knowledge in CSS, and JS is a plus
- SEO knowledge is a plus
- UX knowledge is a plus
- Excellent English written and spoken communication skills
- Has the self-development skills that can aid in keeping up to date with fast-changing trends
Specific Knowledge:
Familiarity with multiple aspects of digital marketing, including content management and web development (but not necessarily IT)
- Basic content management system and its complementary tools knowledge
- General understanding of company and general industry-accepted documentation standards
- Understanding of various content management systems and its processes (WordPress, Drupal, Joomla, etc.)

- Coordinate site activities, including sites facilities, resources plan, site access, tools
- Ensure the application of Installation plans, procedures, Work Method Statements, in compliance with standard processes and products specifications
- Provide inputs to the PrYM/PrSOM/PrFOM for Installation Work Package management
- Oversee Installation Works for M&U Signaling equipment and related performance, including monitor and coordinate actions on planning, risks, opportunities, best practices, non-conformities, technical interfaces
- Coordinate and assist the Sub-contractors, including monitor the quality and delivery through site visits, coordination meetings, inspections, and assessments
- Liaise with Third Parties such as facilities providers, Civil Work partners, etc…
- Ensure Interface drawings availability and coordination
- Coordination of Installation Engineering team for the scope assigned
- Ensure compliance of Installation activities with DIS Installation and FO Process
Continuous improvement:
Contribute to best practices definition and REX within the Product Line
Propose update/improvement of the Installation way of working, process, tools and RefLib
Oversee compliance to EHS (Zero deviation) through, site inspections, people assessment etc…
Performance measurements
- Installation planning management QCDP (KPI, OTD)
- Quality, EHS, RSA (Railway Safety Agencies): monitoring, anticipation and reporting on progress and issues
Mandatory:
- Minimum knowledge of railway site management principles
- Minimum knowledge of site planning control principles
- Minimum knowledge of EHS requirements
- Minimum experience on site activities planning management
