Anticipate and plan maintenance needs in a timely and cost-efficient manner.
Schedule Maintenance Tasks
Coordinate scheduled maintenance by preparing supporting documents, material preloads, tooling, and flowcharts to optimize technician efficiency.
Optimize Maintenance Workflow
Identify deficiencies in workflows and collaborate with Maintenance, Materials, and Planning teams to ensure smooth operations.
Manage Records & Documentation
Maintain accurate records to ensure all components meet manufacturer requirements.
Control Maintenance Data
Oversee documentation necessary for maintaining aircraft airworthiness and regulatory compliance.
Schedule Aircraft Inspections
Organize all inspection requirements and coordinate with Quality Control to ensure proper scheduling of technical activities.
Coordinate Planning Activities
Collaborate with unit planners and other departments to ensure all maintenance activities align with operational needs.
Daily Reporting
Prepare and distribute daily maintenance requirement reports and dispatch records.
Additional Duties
Perform other related tasks as assigned to support the Maintenance Department's objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in any four-year course
- At least 1 year of experience as an Assistant Aircraft Maintenance Planner
- Diploma, certificate, or formal technical training in Basic Aircraft Maintenance
