We are seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist with a proven track record in stakeholder management, marketing automation, and ideally cloud technology. This role requires a professional with at least 4-5 years of experience in managing and optimizing marketing automation processes, particularly within Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Customer Data Platforms (CDP). The specialist will work as part of a collaborative team while working as part of a global marketing stakeholders community, overseeing requests, providing training, following marketing processes, governance, and best practices. The specialist will perform tasks assigned by the Corporate Communications Support Team Manager, Marketing Automations Manager and the Global Head of Web and Marketing Technology
Specific Responsibilities:primary point of contact for stakeholders across global teams, ensuring their requirements are effectively captured, prioritized, and implemented within marketing automation platforms. - Use LucidChart or Visio to map flowcharts of existing and new campaigns and sales funnels. This can easily be done in a program like LucidChart or Visio.
- Optimize existing campaigns and automations as needed to improve performance or customer experience.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to work and manage tasks and priorities within project deadlines.
- Attention to detail and an eye for design, including things like developing pop-ups that are aesthetically pleasing, clean, responsive, and intuitive.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
**TEAM DUTIES AND EXPECTATIONS INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO**:
- Meet weekly / monthly conversion and optimization goals
- Participate in weekly marketing team meetings as needed during office hours
- Collaborate with Director of Marketing, and Production Manager and the team on optimizing funnel strategy for high performance as traffic increases
