This is a hands-on operations role ideal for someone who enjoys structure, thrives on solving problems, and can work confidently with integration tools and platforms. You'll help ensure our day-to-day operations run smoothly while enabling the team to focus on client-facing and strategic work.

Job Responsibilities

● Execute Processes: Manage and complete recurring tasks and standard operating procedures with consistency and accuracy. These tasks include integration of lead generation platforms to spreadsheets or CRMs via Zapier and implementing conversion tracking for paid marketing channels such as Google Ads

● Quality Assurance: Conducting routine checks on systems and processes such as validating conversion tracking accuracy, identifying errors in Zapier, checking for back-end website updates and reconciling leads generated on-platform with contacts created in our client's CRM.

● Tool Management: Use and maintain digital tools like Google Sheets, CRMs, Zapier while implementing naming conventions and best practice.

● Data Accuracy: Keep internal documentation, systems, and records up-to-date and well-organized.

● Troubleshooting: Quickly identify issues in websites or workflows and take initiative to resolve or escalate as needed.

● Operational Support: Assist with project coordination, reporting, and internal system upkeep.

● Communicate Proactively: Clearly communicate status updates, ask clarifying questions, and raise blockers early.

Qualifications

● Zapier: Direct experience with using Zapier to automate workflows.

● Google Tag Manager: Experience with conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager to track Google Ads, Meta or LinkedIn Conversions

● WordPress: Understanding of the basic structure of pages, posts, content and plugins

● Project Manager Software: Collaborated using project management software such as ClickUp, Trello, or similar tools.

● HubSpot: A majority of our clients, as well as ourselves use HubSpot as their CRM. If you don't have experience with HubSpot then experience with other prominent CRM platforms is still valuable.

● Basic Web Design or Development: General understanding of basic web development principles like HTML/CSS and device responsiveness
