PhP 72,542.00 (plus 20% premium)

Bachelor of Laws

EXPERIENCE

1 year relevant experience in one or a combination of the following: administrative/corporate/legal/judicial or quasi-judicial proceedings, and other related disciplines

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Contractor shall undertake to perform the following tasks during the Term of Contract:

• Appear before the Commission, Courts, tribunals, and other agencies;
• Prepare and file pleadings within the periods provided for by law, or office rules and regulations;
• Evaluate complaints, queries, and other inquiries;
• Conduct research/investigations;
• Consolidate and review the written outputs of junior Attorneys and Legal Assistants;
• Prepare legal research and memoranda;
• Perform other duties prescribed by the Philippine Competition Act or R.A. 10667; and
• Perform such other functions as may be assigned by immediate supervisors
