The Assistant Operations Supervisor works alongside the Operation Head to plan, execute and operate projects smoothly. The Assistant Operations Supervisor may work alone or with a team. He will act as a liaison between the Project Supervisor and other staff, ensuring the procedures are being followed, while also suggesting ideas that will contribute to the success of a project.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for the monitoring project progress and day-to-day operation of a certain area. Along with the Operations Head, he is also responsible for the completion of every project and the on-time submission of all reports. In the absence of Operations Head, he is responsible to know on how to operate his project and other activities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Licensed or NOT licensed in Mechanical Engineering
  • Proven supervisory experience
  • At least knowledgeable with kitchen exhaust system cleaning and bio-augmentation programs
  • Client communication and customer service skills
  • Skilled in prioritizing tasks, coordinating teams, and leading by example
  • At least experienced in using tools such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), and Microsoft Office for technical documentation, reporting, and workflow planning.

DUTIES:

Sales:

  • Conduct inspection and audit for new and existing clients for the preparation of proposal.
  • In the absence of Project Supervisor, he may prepare quotation for KES cleaning and Bio-augmentation project for new and existing clients. Subject for approval by the Operations Head.

Operations:

  • Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.

  • Perform regular audit and supervision to all projects to ensure a safe and secure services given to clients.

Billing and Collection:

  • Gathering and weekly submission of Service report to Billing Department for the preparation of Sales Invoice to be billed at the end of the month.
  • Co-responsible for the on-time releasing of all KES cleaning and Bio-augmentation Executive summary reports to Billing Department every 1 Day of the month.
  • Follow-ups new and existing clients for the date of collection of all handled projects every 1 week of the month once the client received the billing.
