The Financial Data Integrity Specialist plays a key role within the Finance Systems team, serving as the primary liaison between financial and IT systems to ensure the accuracy and consistency of financial data. This position requires a deep understanding of data architecture, with a strong emphasis on data integrity, validation, reconciliation, and issue resolution. Your Role
The main purpose of your role is to identify and fix the reasons for HVAC and Refrigeration equipment failure before it happens. This involves increasing asset reliability and reducing the risk of downtime and costly maintenance.
As a Reliability Engineer - HVAC/R, You Will
- Develop and refine strategies for ad hoc maintenance, preventative maintenance, and capital works.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to achieve the best value for the company and challenge service provider quotes.
- Focus on identifying the root causes of equipment failure and breakdowns.
- Ensure maintenance work is performed at regular intervals, implementing and streamlining intervals through either calendar-based or usage-based methods.
- Manage the HVAC/Refrigeration Asset register and interpret the most critical priorities.
- Maintain records of all planned maintenance processes and work orders.
- Implement innovative solutions to improve productivity and resource utilization, focusing on tools such as MC (CMMS) and Safety Culture.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Track key metrics to measure efficiency gains and cost savings, ensuring timely delivery of compliance, risk, and sustainability targets and KPIs.
What You Need
Non-negotiables
- Technical knowledge and experience in HVAC and refrigeration. The ideal candidate blends this expertise with strong communication skills and a proactive approach.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects on time and within budget.

- Execute Reliability and Performance Management policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Maintain and regularly update reliability records (e.g., RCA investigation forms).

- Formulate and cascade Asset Management policies, procedures, and guidelines.
