- Decision maker on any workforce escalated issues.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
1. Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement a robust data strategy aligned with PalawanPay's business objectives
- Champion data as a strategic asset to drive digital adoption, customer engagement, and operational efficiency
2. Customer Profiling
- Build and operationalize customer-centric data models and APIs to enable revenue-generating opportunities (e.g., credit scoring, targeted marketing, KYC outsourcing)
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to develop customer segmentation and personalization strategies
3. Business Intelligence
- Lead the development of dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics to support product, operations, and leadership decision-making
- Partner with business units to drive data literacy and performance insights
4. Data Pipelining and Engineering
- Oversee the design and management of data pipelines and data lakes to ensure seamless data availability and scalability
- Ensure data integrity, compliance, and security through structured governance practices
5. Team and Capability Building
- Build and lead a high-performing analytics team composed of data scientists, analysts, and engineers
- Foster a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous learning 6. Governance and Risk Management
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and data privacy requirements (e.g., Data Privacy Act, BSP regulations)
