About the role
Aljay Agro-Industrial Solutions Inc. is seeking a dedicated Demand Generation Agent to join our growing team in Batangas, Laguna, Quezon Province, Pangasinan, Tarlac, Pampanga, Benguet, La Union. This is a full-time role that will play a crucial part in driving the company's marketing and customer acquisition efforts in our Luzon areas.
What you'll be doing
- Identifying and nurturing qualified sales leads through targeted outreach and engagement activities
- Organizing and executing marketing campaigns and events to generate new business opportunities
- Collaborating with the sales team to provide qualified leads and support the sales process
- Analyzing customer data and market trends to inform and improve demand generation strategies
- Maintaining accurate records of all lead generation and campaign activities
- Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with potential clients
What we're looking for
- With Driver's License and own Motorcycle.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a demand generation, lead development or sales support role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with a variety of stakeholders
- Proven track record of successful lead generation and campaign management
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and optimize strategies
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools
- Knowledge of the agricultural industry
