Job Description:
Support Robot / Automation Sales
1. Demonstrate/assist in demonstration of CNC machine, peripheral equipment and software.
2. Performs/assists in performing test and trials and produce sample CNC cuts, including creation of
CAD drawings, as needed.
3. Coordinates with customers for CNC machine installations.
4. Installation/assist in the installation & commissioning of CNC machine and peripheral equipment.
5. Provides after-sales support to customers.
6. Conducts follow-up visits to customer following the commissioning of the machine to ensure
proper operation and help customer during learning period. Help customer end-user with
concerns and questions.
7. Coordinates with Service Department for repair and other maintenance need of customer.

-Ensure compliance with Technical Operations department to achieve 100% job order completion everyday.
-Perform administrative tasks such as making report including, but not limited to, documenting test br>results, subscriber information, troubleshoot results, geolocation tagging, and time stamp.
-Perform actual cable lay-out, conduiting, wiring, termination, testing and repair of cable, and other
last mile issues and problems of subscriber from tap-off/NAP to client's premises.
-Undergo regular training to upgrade skills and provide feedback to the trainers.
-Be accountable of basic tools and equipment issued to his team including vehicle and equipment cleanliness and operability.
-Provide professional and courtesy interaction with customer including meeting with customer to review issues and concerns, explain the responsibilities of the customer, and providing customer with updates when required.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
**To be successful in this role you will need the following:**
+ Apprentice Trained Power Generation/ Electrical Technician (Preferred)
+ Vocational diploma from relevant technical institution
+ Current relevant electrical certification
+ Locally valid driving permit
+ This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
+ Minimal level of workshop related experience required.
+ Basic level knowledge of and/or experience with power generation products
+ High Voltage/ Low Voltage experience
**QUALIFICATIONS**
+ Philippine Government PRC License (RME or REE) or TESDA Certification.
+ Has generator set experienced.
+ Willing to be assigned in out-of-town Job assignment.
