Agile Coach
The Agile Coach supports the continuous buildup of Agile Framework and Methodologies within Bayer. The position will provide guidance to Project Leads, Scrum Team and all employees managing a project following the Agile framework.
Your Roles And Responsibilities
- Ensure development and implementation of Agile mindset within Bayer to aid and sustain high performing teams following Agile principles
- Coach and mentor leadership and team members on different Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, Scaled Agile, based on the team construct and to align them with the overall portfolio
- Coach new Scrum-Masters in efficiently facilitating Scrum ceremonies like sprint planning, daily scrum, sprint review and retrospective meetings

Who You Are
- 3+ years of experience as an Agile Coach
- 5+ years of Agile experience in project and product development that has delivered significant customer and business value
- Experience in Agile Transformation of varying project/initiative size and complexity
- Has ability to apply and transfer practical knowledge in different Agile frameworks and methodologies
- Strong leader, mentor and coach
- Excellent communicator and motivator
- Proven skills in facilitation, collaboration, conflict resolution and problem solving
- Certification in Agile, Scrum, Kanban or SAFe
- Coaching certification is a plus but not required
- Ability to build up trustful relationships.

- Product Solutions Designer/Managers must be customer-centered but also have the relevant technology know-how to bridge in order to develop "product market" fit. They work with Product Owners to develop a deeper understanding of customer needs -- that can be accomplished via research, reviewing data and analytics of customer behavior, A/B testing and talking directly to customers
- They also work with Test Leads and Managers to determine edge case scenarios and proper handling on the customer side. Project management skills are essential to bring product development programs to a successful conclusion -- on time and within budget. Product Solutions Designer/Managers develop schedules for each phase of the development program and monitor progress against targets. They also set up reviews at each stage to ensure the program is meeting its objectives as it progresses from concept to specification, design, development and launch.
- Product Solutions Designer/Managers need to have good communication skills to deal with the many different stakeholders in a product development program. They liaise with the senior management team to agree strategic development objectives and gain budget approval for projects. They coordinate the work of different specialists within the development team and ensure that individual members keep the rest of the team informed on progress.
- Previous experience in product and software development, design or digital marketing provides a useful background.
