We are currently looking for an experienced Agile Project Manager to join our growing team supporting a US-based client in the furniture retail industry. In this role, you will lead cross-functional teams with a strong focus on UX/UI delivery. You will be the bridge between design, product, and engineering, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet the highest standards.

What You'll Be Doing

Project & Process Leadership

  • Plan and manage sprint calendars, milestones, and delivery timelines
  • Facilitate all Agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, backlog grooming
  • Proactively manage team capacity, risks, and blockers
  • Optimize workflow and team efficiency through continuous process improvement
  • Maintain documentation, deliverables tracker, and reporting dashboards

Stakeholder & Team Alignment

  • Act as liaison between UX, UI, Product, and Engineering teams
  • Translate business goals into clear, actionable tasks for the design team
  • Manage expectations, resolve conflicts, and balance priorities across stakeholders
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performance team environment

Design-Focused Execution

  • Write design-oriented user stories with clear, actionable acceptance criteria
  • Ensure compliance with accessibility and usability best practices
  • Integrate feedback from UX research into design sprints
  • Align design outputs with existing Design Systems and UI components

Performance & Metrics

  • Track sprint velocity, throughput, and design KPIs
  • Prioritize high-impact design fixes and enhancements
  • Drive clarity by turning ambiguous requirements into structured tasks

What We're Looking For

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years in Agile Project Management, Scrum Master, or similar roles
  • Strong command of Agile/Scrum methodologies and best practices
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (must have experience working with US-based clients)
  • Experience working with UX, UI, or product design teams
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace, and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, or )
  • Familiarity with Figma or similar design tools
  • Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, responsive design)
  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Design, or a related field

Nice to Have

  • Background in UX research or usability testing
  • Exposure to Design Systems implementation
  • Experience tracking design performance metrics

Job Type: Fixed term

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: Php60, Php70,000.00 per month
