Your Role:

As a
SEM Specialist
, you will:

  • Plan and execute online paid search campaigns, including implementation, optimization, and performance analysis.
  • Monitor keyword bids, daily and monthly budgets, impression share, quality scores, and other key campaign metrics.
  • Provide creative ad copy suggestions and graphical ad templates to improve campaign effectiveness.

We're looking for a Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager to handle content creation, marketing campaigns, and lead generation for real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing & Design: Create flyers, reports, social media templates, and branded materials using Canva.
  • Social Media Management: Schedule and manage content on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn; engage with followers; research hashtags and SEO trends.
  • Email Marketing & CRM: Build Mailchimp campaigns, set up drip sequences, manage client follow-ups, and appointment scheduling.
  • Lead Generation & Ads: Run and optimize Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns; maintain Google My Business profile; post blogs on market trends.
  • Listing Support: Write property descriptions, enhance photos with virtual staging, and ensure correct listing syndication.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track campaign performance and recommend improvements.

Experience & Proficiency:

  • Strong graphic design skills (Canva required)
  • Knowledge of social media trends, engagement strategies, and real estate marketing
  • Experience with Mailchimp, Facebook Ads, Google My Business
  • Excellent copywriting & communication skills
  • Basic video editing skills for Reels & YouTube
  • Real estate marketing experience required

Our client operates within the hospitality industry, offering marketing and web solutions tailored to hotels and similar businesses. They specialize in digital content creation, website management, and online advertising to help their clients stand out in a competitive market.



Role Overview

The Digital Marketing & Web Content Specialist will support the client by designing, publishing, and managing content across websites and social platforms, as well as executing paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and has a strong design instinct. While training on specific tools and systems will be provided, the candidate should demonstrate a natural flair for digital marketing, content creation, and visual design.



Key Responsibilities
  • Create and schedule social media content for Facebook and Instagram using Meta Business Suite
  • Design and update websites built on the Wix platform
  • Make content updates to Wix and WordPress websites
  • Build and manage paid search campaigns via Google Ads
  • Build and manage paid social campaigns on Facebook and Instagram
  • Use Canva to design desktop marketing materials such as fliers and postcards
  • Compile marketing reports by consolidating data from various sources for internal review
  • Collaborate with the internal team to meet design and content deadlines

  • Website Design/Content Management using Wix: 2+ years
