**Responsibilities**:

- Facilitating State Tax documentation
- Registering businesses within different jurisdictions
- Data entry, maintenance of trackers and databases and comprehensive data analysis
- Responding to and directing calls
- Taking detailed minutes and documenting
- Assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled and periodic reports
- Developing and maintaining a filing system
- Submitting and reconciling expense reports
- Acting as the point of contact for internal and external clients
- Liaising with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers
- Tasks assigned by direct line manager

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree
- Excellent analytical background and driven to solve problems
- Proven experience in administrative capacity in a BPO or related environment
- Excellent working knowledge of CRM tools such as Karbon, Asana, AirTable or similar software
- Excellent MS Office skills with emphasis on Excel
- Familiar with communication software such as Slack, Zoom and MS Teams
- Must be a self-driven, independent thinker with a strong work ethic and desire to complete projects in a timely and effective manner.
