Our team is looking for empathetic and energetic Patient Care Coordinator to work virtually with us. A Patient Care Coordinator functions is to record the details of a patient's background, exams, clinical history, complaints, scheduling patient appointments, patient’s follow ups, findings and diagnosis, procedures performed, medical orders given (including prescriptions and tests) and essentially a personal assistant to the physician.
- Graduate of any Medical or Business course

- Hospital experience and knowledge in medical terminologies is a plus

Maintain and manage the clinic waitlist, ensuring timely communication with families.

Manage email communications with clients, ensuring professional and timely responses.

Operational & Administrative Support

Requirements

**Summarized Purpose:**
Prepares, reviews and finalizes global investigator grant budget and payment schedule terms and conditions templates for multiple studies.
