Job Duties:
- Processing referrals (transcribing data to HubSpot)
- Reviewing availability of psychologists and opening/closing them to new bookings (review their calendar and if there are gaps = open them up)
- Processing Medicare claims (prepared beforehand by the psychologist but will need to be double checked)
- Sending out invoices to psychologists through Xero
Qualifications:
- Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal. Communication must be easy to comprehend and understand. An Australian accent is preferred but not required.
- 2-3 years of experience as a virtual assistant or transcriptionist. Having worked in healthcare administration is a huge plus.
- Excellent phone skills ability to take down and retain information whilst listening. Active listening skills is a must for this role.
- Ability to work AU hours (shifts could start as early as 6AM Manila)
**Salary**: From Php25,000.00 per month

- Watch and review recorded municipal meetings for locations across the United States
- Provide a high level written summary of recorded municipal meetings pertaining to short-term rental discussion items within 2 business days of live meeting
- Summarize ordinance drafts and amendments
- Provide research support on short-term rental markets in the United States such as data on market trends and other industry statistics by utilizing provided search engines and software
- Entering STR ordinance details into a database and reviewing previously entered ordinances to check for corrections or updates
- Reading news articles from news feeds and news digests (provided by Rent Responsibly) for the purpose of labeling topics discussed and tagging geographies
- Bi-weekly report of marketing metrics
**QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS**:
