Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
A. Patient Assistance:
- Help patients register in the Yakap platform.
- Respond to patient inquiries and concern regarding services, and appointment scheduling in a timely manner.
B. Data Entry and Record Keeping:
- Accurately document patient interactions and maintain up-to-date records.
- Assist in compiling data for reports and analytics to improve service delivery.
C. Reporting and Monitoring
- Prepares and submits reports on PhilHealth Yakap program activities and encoded patient data to ensure compliance with reporting and monitoring requirements.
D. Collaboration:
- Work closely with healthcare providers to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Support the team in implementing new processes as needed.
E. Quality Assurance:
- Monitor patient feedback and satisfaction, reporting any issues to management.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on best practices in Yakap program.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in any related field is preferred.
· Experience in a healthcare setting or customer service role is an advantage.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in using computers and software.
· Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Working Conditions:
· Primarily office-based but may be assigned to fieldwork as needed, depending on project requirements and operational needs
· May be assigned to another branch when needed.
· Capable of working in potentially physically demanding conditions.
