KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensures completeness of initial documents of an account's folder forwarded by Records Management Team from Sales
- Assesses ripe accounts and monitors fully paid equity accounts as a priority for processing; ideally, accounts should be pre-approved 3 months prior to full payment of equity
- Coordinates and schedules with clients on their payment plans of the contract balances (residential, commercial, condotel, etc.) either through cash, bank financing or Pag-Ibig financing
- Encodes and prepares housing loan documents both for bank and Pag-Ibig processing
- Assists clients throughout the loan application process, from endorsement for pre-approval to actual release of loan (bank and Pag-Ibig financing)
- Ensures that clients have attended the Buyers Validation Seminar or its equivalent at least (3) months prior to the delivery of the housing loan application (Pag-Ibig processing)
- Sends loan takeout reminders to clients whose accounts are due for processing
- Endorses accounts to various accredited banks (client's choice or CLI's recommendation) for loan applications of clients
- Coordinates regularly with Account Officers of banks on approved accounts to comply with developer's post-approval requirements
- Updates daily monitoring and other relevant reports for the movement of each account
- Additional responsibilities and tasks can be added at any time according to the needs of the business
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
- A graduate of any 4-year business-related course which includes but is not limited to BS Commerce Major in Finance, BS Management Accounting, BS Business Administration
- At least 1 year of proven work experience in the same capacity
