The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processing for more than 50 employees, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process end-to-end payroll for 50+ employees.
- Manage payroll-related adjustments, deductions, benefits, and taxes.
- Prepare and reconcile payroll reports, journal entries, and financial statements.
- Maintain up-to-date employee records and ensure data accuracy in payroll systems.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, taxation, and reporting requirements.
- Support accounting functions including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
- Collaborate with clients to address payroll discrepancies and employee queries.
- Assist with month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll processing and accounting.
- Experience handling end-to-end payroll for 50+ employees (mandatory).
- Applicants with or without Australian accounting experience are welcome to apply - as long as you have strong expertise in end-to-end payroll management and a solid accounting background.
