**About the Role:**

**What You'll Do:**
+ Participate in various month-end close processes such as calculating broker/listing commissions, roll forward reconciliations, prepare journal entries etc.
+ Compile and organize various lease/rent statements on a monthly basis and provide support on rent processes.
+ Perform Accounting review on vendor invoices and employee expense reports to ensure accurate coding and allocation to appropriate locations and accounts.
+ Coordinate with the accounts payable team to facilitate timely and accurate payment processing.
+ Perform month-over-month variance analyses for specific accounts and operating locations
+ Assist with fixed asset month-end processes, including compiling monthly fixed asset invoices, tracking asset acquisitions and disposals, as well as recording depreciation expenses and reconciling fixed asset balances
+ Assist in other ad hoc projects as needed
**What You'll Need:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
+ 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
+ Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel (knowledge of NetSuite is a plus).
+ Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
+ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
+ Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
