Staff Accountant Job Purpose:
This is an opportunity to join Preferred Health Management. This position will perform daily accounting reviews including payroll processing, and general ledger posting. Reporting to the Division Controller, this position will work cross-functionally with the broader accounting organization.
US Staff Accountant Responsibilities:
- Bookkeeping using Oracle NetSuite
- Preparing and processing monthly reimbursement for physicians (heavily Excel based)
- Preparing monthly ACH for providers
- Investigating and resolving providers inquiries and disputes, as well as work with scheduling and operations department to troubleshoot and resolve provider reimbursement discrepancies
- Perform account reconciliation, propose resolutions of discrepancies
