- Conducts discussions, talks and dialogues with PNP/BFP personnel audience in order to present PSSLAI's products and services.
- Answers queries from customers regarding their deposits, memberships, loans and billing concerns.
- Performs market scanning or research in order to evaluate the demand for PSSLAI's services as well as the presence of its competitors in the area where he/she is assigned at.
- Maintains and develops positive relationships with all PNP/BFP units and offices to help achieve company targets on deposits, loans and membership generation.
- Ensures that each police customer and its relatives receive outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer in all transactions.
- Maintains solid knowledge of PSSLAI's products and services as well as other aspects of customer service related to the services offered.
