Quick Rundown:

We are seeking a skilled Digital Artist to handle artwork verification, layout, and digital proofing for customer logos and designs. The role involves creating and adjusting vector artwork, assisting with production troubleshooting, and supporting accurate documentation.

What You'll Do:

• Verify the usability of customer artwork (usually company logos), place and size the artwork on product templates, apply color(s) or effect(s) to the artwork, and send digital proofs to the customer
• Suggest suitable layout options while considering customer logo guidelines for artwork that might lose detail due to restricted imprint areas or artwork complexity
• Assist the production team in troubleshooting printing issues and locating print files
• Re-draw vector artwork in the appropriate graphic software
• Perform other tasks within his/her area of expertise
• Support billing by preparing accurate documentation and verifying insurance
• Organize medical forms, consent documents, and insurance paperwork

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant graphics experience
• Experience working with Digital (CMYK), Silk Screen, Deboss, and Laser pre-production processes (preferred but not required)
• Extensive knowledge of Adobe Photoshop 2025, Adobe Illustrator 2025, and Corel Draw 2024 on a PC platform
• Passion for providing excellent customer service

Role Overview

The Digital Graphic Artist will be responsible for preparing and exporting high-quality digital artwork files across seasonal campaigns, promotions, events, and brand partnerships. This role is primarily focused on finished art and digital exports, with light editing of motion assets. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, comfortable with high-volume work, and experienced in supporting fast-paced retail or fashion marketing environments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Export and prepare assets for web, eDM, paid ads, and social channels (Meta, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest).
• Deliver ~20 promotional emails per month plus seasonal campaign assets across Women's, Men's, Children's, Home, Teen, and Baby categories.
• Ensure all assets meet platform-specific specifications and align with brand guidelines.
• Edit and resize existing motion assets (GIFs, short MP4s) using After Effects/Premiere Pro; no complex video creation required.
• Perform still image editing, cropping, post-production, and retouching as needed.
• Support the design team with layouts for trade updates, promotional activity, and digital templates.
• Maintain and organise digital asset folders for efficient access and version control.
• Collaborate with the design, marketing, and digital teams, incorporating feedback and meeting tight deadlines.

TOOLS AND PLATFORMS

• Figma (export MP4s, GIFs, static assets)
• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of experience in a graphic design or finished art role, ideally in retail, fashion, or adjacent industries (beauty, lifestyle, luxury).
• Strong technical knowledge of digital production processes and platform requirements.
• Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage high-volume exports under tight timelines.
• Comfortable with repetitive export tasks while maintaining quality and accuracy.
• Collaborative, organised, and able to adapt in a fast-paced, seasonal campaign environment.
• Motion graphic skills are secondary but must be able to perform light editing and resizing of existing assets.

Layout Artist and Digital Printer Operator

Position Summary: A Layout Artist is responsible for designing and arranging the layout of printed materials, ensuring they meet the client's requirements and are visually appealing. The role involves working with graphic design software to prepare artwork for production, while also ensuring accuracy and consistency. He/she is responsible for operating and maintaining digital printing equipment to produce high-quality printed materials. The operator ensures that the printing process runs smoothly, monitors machine performance, and maintains quality control throughout production.

• Design and create layouts for printed materials such as brochures, magazines, posters, business cards, and other marketing collateral.
• Work closely with clients, designers, and production teams to understand project requirements and ensure layout meets the desired specifications.
• Ensure proper use of fonts, colors, graphics, and images to maintain brand consistency.
• Prepare and modify digital files for printing, making sure the files are print-ready (resolution, color space, file formats, etc.).
• Make adjustments based on client feedback or design revisions.
• Check final proof to ensure accuracy and quality standards before printing.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure that designs are efficiently translated into print materials.
• Stay updated on design trends, printing techniques, and software tools.
• Operate digital printing presses to produce a variety of print materials, including posters, flyers, brochures, banners, and other printed products.
• Prepare digital files for printing, ensuring that files meet the required specifications (e.g., resolution, color accuracy, file format).
• Load and set up printing materials (paper, ink, etc.) according to job requirements.

Skills and Qualifications:

Education and Experience:
