Job Mission / Purpose
The Multimedia Artist (specializing in Video & Animation) is responsible for producing compelling video content, motion graphics, and animated creative assets that support the marketing and brand communication strategies of five international FMCG brands. This role brings brand stories to life through advanced video editing, animation, and visual storytelling across multiple digital platforms including social media, e-commerce, and digital advertising. The ideal candidate is skilled in both creative ideation and technical execution, with a strong grasp of animation principles, video post-production, and a bonus proficiency or interest in Augmented Reality (AR). br>
Key Responsibilities
Video Production & Editing
Create promotional videos, brand stories, digital ads, and video loops for social, e-commerce, and campaign use.
Edit raw footage, incorporate voiceovers, music, subtitles, sound effects, and transitions to produce high-quality video output.
Cut down master videos into versions for TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.
Motion Graphics & Animation
Develop 2D/3D animations and kinetic text for brand campaigns and product highlights.
Animate logos, key visuals, characters, and infographics to elevate digital storytelling.
Translate static visuals or storyboards into dynamic animated content.
Augmented Reality & Emerging Media (Bonus Skillset)
Assist in conceptualizing or producing assets for AR experiences such as filters, product try-ons, or interactive ads.
Work with AR tools (e.g., Spark AR, Lens Studio) or collaborate with AR developers when applicable.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work with brand, digital marketing, and content teams to understand campaign goals and translate briefs into video content.
Join creative brainstorming and ideation sessions for brand activations and launches.
File Management & Version Control
Maintain organized project folders, file naming protocols, and video versions for each platform.
Ensure outputs are rendered in correct specs, dimensions, and formats for platform compatibility.
Quality, Deadlines & Creativity
Ensure all outputs meet branding, storytelling, and technical standards.
Stay updated with current video trends, platform content styles, and consumer behavior shifts.
